Head Baseball Coach - Alex Childers
- Tim Demant became the Athletic Director at Goshen College in the summer of 2008, overseeing the program's 15 intercollegiate athletic programs.
- Demant received Bachelor of Arts degrees in physical education and history at Trinity Western University in Langley, B.C.
- After graduation, Demant spent time as an intern in the athletic and physical education departments, a volleyball coach, and as an instructor at Trinity Western while working on his master's degree. As a coach, Demant was twice named the BCCAA Coach of the Year (2002-03 and 2003-04).
- In 1998, Demant completed his Master of Human Kinetics degree with an emphasis in bioenergetics from the University of British Columbia before being hired to head Columbia's athletic department. While at Columbia, Demant also took on leadership roles within the BCCAA conference, including serving as the conference president since 2005.
Head Baseball Coach - Alex Childers
- An assistant coach for the Maple Leafs the last two seasons, Childers becomes the 11th head coach in the 55-year history of the program.
- Alex Childers made his Maple Leaf and collegiate coaching debut in 2011.
- As a collegiate player, Childers played at both Goshen and Olivet Nazarene University (Bourbonnais, Ill.). In 2007 he received a bachelor's in Business Management from ONU, where he also played volleyball.

- Run & manage daily practices
- Extra emphasis towards pitching instruction
